Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return within the same condition, but due to hygienic reasons, if the item is unsealed by you after delivery, we won't be able to issue a refund.

Due to the personal nature of our products we’re unable to accept returns; nor will we administer an exchange for a product unless the item is defective. Any product that is opened (meaning the seals have been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part will not be accepted and will be deemed non-resalable. This is for the well-being and happiness of our customers and our staff.

Order Cancellation For A Refund:
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the package upon delivery or mark the package RETURN TO SENDER and bring it to your local drop off facility to send it back to our warehouse. After your returned package is received, confirmed by us that it is unused/unopened, and processed, we will issue a refund followed by an email notification to the address we have on file.
